Stanton Optical in Brookfield, CT seeks dynamic Sales Consultants to create a memorable patient experience and drive eyewear sales. You will guide customers through our sales process, match products to needs and budget, and ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven track record delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a team.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify needs, provide an easy and memorable experience.
• Assist customers in selecting eyewear within budget and care requirements.
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and resolve complaints.
• Aim to meet sales goals while following company and local policies.
• Maintain quality control and OSHA safety standards.
• Keep brand standards in lab area and report equipment issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of customer orders and accurate edge-work.
• Perform basic maintenance in-store to uphold brand standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
