Stanton Optical, operated by Now Optics, is seeking a Sales Consultant to deliver an easy, memorable eyewear purchasing experience. Earn through a base plus 2% commission on personal sales in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will greet customers, assist with eyewear selection, meet sales goals, and ensure satisfaction while adhering to safety and quality standards. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and more.

Formación

• 1+ year proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Skills to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store and identify their needs for an easy and memorable experience.
• Perform pre-testing as needed.
• Assist patients to choose eyewear within budget and eye care needs.
• Attain sales goals while complying with company and local policies.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve questions or issues.
• Maintain OSHA and safety standards and basic housekeeping.
• Assemble lenses, edge stock lenses, and deliver orders on time.
• Monitor lab area and report equipment issues.
