LensCrafters in Hawaii seeks a Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver an exceptional eyewear experience. You will assist patients in frame selection, apply prescriptions, and coordinate measurements with our Opticians to ensure the perfect vision solution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic calculator use.
• Ability to sell using sales skills and meet goals.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales goals by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinating with measurements and optics.
• Take measurements with optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Maintain a welcoming store environment and professional relationships with staff and customers.
