Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eyewear shopping experiences in Corpus Christi. You will help customers select frames, use prescriptions to recommend lenses, and coordinate measurements with the Optician for precise results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills.
• Willingness to adapt to new technology and change with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales goals by nurturing existing customers and acquiring new ones.
• Recommend lenses and coatings using optical prescriptions.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinate sizing with measurements.
• Conduct measurements with appropriate tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and foster respectful relationships with customers and team mates.
