The position requires a high school diploma, strong math and selling skills, and comfort with technology. You will support daily operations, inventory display, and customer service across our stores.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets all patients with a warm welcome and provides service
• Explores the needs and priorities of patients and links to practice offerings
• Attentive to details, asks clarifying questions, and consults with Optician as needed
• Demonstrates product knowledge; describes features and benefits accurately
• Anticipates problems; develops long-term solutions
• Manages time with competing priorities and multi-tasks
• Custom fits glasses and places prescriptions in lenses
• Sells on your feet 80%-100% of the time
• Operates the POS system and handles transactions accurately
• Keeps displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized
