Now Optics d/b/a Stanton Optical Brand is hiring a Sales Consultant to deliver a friendly, high‑quality customer experience in our store. You will guide patients through eyewear selection, explain options, and help meet sales goals while following safety and brand standards.

This role emphasizes proactive service, teamwork, and attention to detail in a fast‑paced retail setting, with opportunities for growth and benefits included.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven customer service and sales in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing needs in a team.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse audience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify needs to provide a memorable experience.
• Help customers choose eyewear within budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and resolve complaints.
• Achieve sales goals while complying with policies and procedures.
• Maintain quality standards including safety requirements (OSHA).
• Keep lab and store areas clean and organized; notify management of issues.
• Assist with repairs, edge lenses, and ensure timely delivery.
• Support delivery times and other duties as assigned.
