Job summary

Now Optics, operating as Stanton Optical Brand, invites you to join our dynamic retail team as a Sales Consultant. You will greet patients and customers, identify their needs, and guide them through our eyewear offerings in a fast-paced environment, helping them find options that fit their budgets and eye care needs.

You will also support simple repairs, maintain brand standards, and strive to meet sales goals while complying with company policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
• Skills to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience.
• Assist customers to choose eyewear that fits budget and care needs.
• Troubleshoot and identify problems related to prescription.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to remedy situations.
• Attain sales goals while complying with policies and procedures.
• Adhere to quality control standards including OSHA and safety requirements.
