• 1+ year of proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store and identify their needs to provide an easy and memorable experience.
• Assist patients in choosing eyewear that fits their budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and resolve customer complaints.
• Meet sales goals while complying with company policies and procedures.
• Assemble lenses into frames and edge stock lenses to expedite delivery of eyeglasses.
