Job summary

Rosin Eyecare, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks an eyewear specialist to provide precise fittings and measurements, and to guide patients through frame selection and lens options. You will ensure accurate dispensing and maintain high standards of service in a busy optician environment.

The role requires attention to detail, strong customer service, and the ability to work weekends/evenings as needed to support patient demand.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• ABO Certification.
• Knowledge of optics and eyewear dispensing.
• Strong customer service and teamwork.
• Experience with inventory systems and POS.

Responsibilities

• Custom fits glasses and precisely places prescription in lenses.
• Leads optical acumen and provides a voice for peers.
• Takes and records measurements, adjusts eyewear and ensures fit to standards.
• Explores patient needs with open-ended questions and clarifies requirements.
• Supports peers with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Adheres to company policies, inventories, and safety practices.
• Strives to achieve KPIs and delivers exceptional service at dispense.
