EssilorLuxottica is seeking a dedicated optician at Rosin Eyecare in Naperville, IL. The role involves precise eyewear fitting, accurate measurements, and guiding patients through lens and frame choices to meet individual needs.

You will use POS systems, manage inventory, and deliver excellent customer service while upholding company standards. The position requires ABO certification and a strong emphasis on teamwork and growth within a leading global eyewear company.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• ABO Certification required.
• Knowledge of optics and eyewear fitting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with POS and patient record systems.

Responsibilities

• Custom fits glasses and accurately places prescription in lenses.
• Lead with optical knowledge and assist peers.
• Take and record measurements; ensure eyewear meets standards.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand patient needs and priorities.
• Maintain inventory and follow company policies and procedures.
• Ensure patient satisfaction and handle issues promptly.
• Multi-task and manage time with competing priorities.
• Sells while standing and upholds dress code.
• Work weekends/evenings as needed.
