Qualifications

• Strong basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets all patients with a warm welcome and provides fast service.
• Explores patient needs and links to eye care offerings.
• Asks clarifying questions and consults with Optician as needed.
• Describes product features and benefits with confidence.
• Maintains opportunity to multi-task and manage time with priorities.
• Custom fits glasses and accurately places prescriptions in lenses.
• Processes sales transactions accurately at the POS.
• Keeps displays and inventory neat and organized.
• Adheres to attendance, policies, and daily timekeeping.
• Sell on your feet 80%-100% of the time.
