Rosin Eyecare in Naperville, IL, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks an Optical Sales Associate to help patients select eyewear, take precise measurements, and fit frames to prescription while delivering exceptional service.

You will work with a team of optometrists and eyewear specialists, use modern tools to measure and dispense eyewear, and maintain patient satisfaction by addressing needs and providing guidance on lens options.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• ABO Certification.
• Knowledge of basic optics and dispensing/fitting eyewear.
• Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener, and team builder.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Sales skills – ability to use and carry a tablet.
• Familiarity with technology, such as point-of-sale, patient record systems, or other software applications.
• Embraces new technology and change.

Responsabilités

• Custom fits glasses and precisely places prescription in lenses.
• Leads in optical acumen and champions peers.
• Takes and records measurements; ensures eyewear meets standards and patient requirements.
• Asks open-ended questions to understand patient needs.
• Assists peers with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Uses practice tools and adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Multitasks and prioritizes with competing priorities.
• Ensures timely delivery and asks for referrals.
