Job summary

National Vision is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will help customers choose eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget, and assist with dispensing eyewear and lens training as permitted by state law.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, answering calls, and keeping the store clean and merchandised to brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear selection based on lifestyle and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training as permitted.
• Maintain customer and patient records and answer phone calls.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention.
• Communicate order status to customers and support store sales goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
