Now Optics, d/b/a Stanton Optical, is hiring Sales Consultants in a fast-paced, growth-driven retail setting. You will greet customers, identify eyewear needs, and guide them through our selling process to fulfill eyewear requirements with a memorable experience.

You will contribute to meeting sales goals, maintain brand standards, and participate in simple repairs and timely deliveries while upholding OSHA and safety procedures. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Competenze

• 1+ year of proven customer service while meeting sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a team setting.
• Strong communication skills with diverse customers.

Mansioni

• Greet customers as they enter the store and identify eyewear needs.
• Assist customers in selecting eyewear within budget and care requirements.
• Troubleshoot prescription-related issues and resolve complaints.
