Job summary

Now Optics is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant in Wisconsin to deliver an easy and memorable customer experience for eyewear shoppers. You will greet customers, assess needs, and guide them through selecting frames and lenses that fit budgets and medical requirements.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail customer service, strong communication, and the flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven customer service in retail
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication with diverse customers and team members

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store and identify needs
• Assist customers in selecting eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and resolve customer complaints
• Achieve sales goals while adhering to policies and procedures
• Maintain quality standards including OSHA and store cleanliness
• Assist in lab tasks: edge lenses, assemble frames, and ensure on-time delivery
• Notify management of equipment issues and ensure accurate orders
