Job summary

Stanton Optical in Wisconsin is seeking a proactive Sales Consultant to deliver an easy, memorable eyewear shopping experience. You will greet customers, recommend frames and lenses, and support them through the sales process in-store.

You will strive to meet and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced retail setting, handle complaints professionally, and perform basic eyewear adjustments and repairs to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong communication with diverse groups of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the store and identify needs to provide an easy, memorable experience.
• Help customers choose eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescriptions and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Meet sales goals while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Perform basic housekeeping and maintain brand standards in the store and lab area.
• Assist with simple repairs and ensure timely completion of orders.
