Stanton Optical in Oregon is seeking Sales Consultants to create a friendly, memorable eyewear buying experience in a fast-paced retail setting. You will greet customers, identify needs, and guide them through our streamlined sales process to fulfill eyeglass requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast paced retail environment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
• Skills to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and identify needs for an easy, memorable experience
• Assist customers to choose eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs
• Troubleshoot prescription issues
• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions
• Achieve sales goals while adhering to policies and procedures
• Follow safety and quality standards including OSHA compliance
• Perform basic housekeeping and maintain brand standards in the lab area
• Assemble lenses into frames and edge stock lenses for timely delivery
• Ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time
• Notify management of equipment malfunctions or incomplete orders
• Maintain delivery time commitments to patients for Now Service
