Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our fast-paced retail team in Portland. You will guide patients through eyewear choices, meet sales goals, and deliver an easy, memorable experience while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven customer service and sales experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a team setting.
• Strong communication skills with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and identify needs to deliver a memorable experience.
• Help customers choose eyewear within budget and care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription-related issues and resolve complaints.
• Meet sales goals while following company policies.
• Follow OSHA and safety standards and maintain brand lab standards.
• Assist with basic repairs and ensure orders are accurate and timely.
• Support lab workflow and report equipment issues.
