Job summary

Now Optics d/b/a Stanton Optical Brand is seeking a Sales Consultant at our store. You will greet customers, identify needs, and guide them through eyewear options to meet budget and care needs.

You will collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals, maintain brand standards, and provide a memorable patient experience. Previous retail or optical exposure is a plus; scheduling flexibility is required. Benefits include medical, dental and free eyeglasses, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a team setting.
• Strong communication skills across diverse groups of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience.
• Help customers choose eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription-related issues and resolve complaints.
• Achieve sales goals while complying with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain quality standards including OSHA compliance and safe operation.
• Keep store area clean and ensure brand standards are met in the lab area.
• Assist with basic lens edging and repair, and ensure orders are delivered on time.
• Notify management of equipment issues or order problems.
• Support other duties as assigned.
