Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Consultant to deliver a high-quality, memorable experience for patients and customers in our store. You will guide customers through eyewear selections, perform pre-testing as needed, and work toward sales targets while upholding brand and safety standards.

A high school diploma and 1+ year of customer service in retail are preferred. Competitive compensation includes base pay plus 2% commission and strong benefits.

• 1+ year proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a team setting.
• Strong communication with diverse customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify eyewear needs to create an easy, memorable experience.
• Assist customers in choosing eyewear within budget and care requirements.
• Meet sales goals while following policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer questions and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Perform basic housekeeping and maintain brand standards in-store and lab areas.
• Assist with simple repairs, lens edging, and on-time delivery of orders.
