• 1+ year of proven track record delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store, identify needs to ensure an easy and memorable experience.
• Perform pre-testing as needed.
• Assist patients and customers to choose eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs.
• Attain sales goals established while complying with company and local policies.
• Resolve customer questions and provide solutions to remedy situations.
• Adhere to OSHA and safety requirements.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and report equipment issues.
• Track delivery times to ensure 100% compliance with promises.
• Other duties as assigned.
