Job summary

LensCrafters in Vero Beach, FL is seeking a Sales Associate to provide exceptional eyewear experiences. You will help customers explore frames, apply prescriptions, and use optical tools to measure and recommend solutions.

You will cultivate relationships, meet sales goals, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment. Prior retail or customer service experience and comfort with technology are valued in this fast-paced, team-focused role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems, computers & calculators; basic math skills.
• Comfort with adopting new technology and accuracy.
• Ability to sell, meet sales goals, and communicate effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plan and company objectives by nurturing existing customer relationships and creating new ones.
• Utilize prescription information to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in frame selection and coordinate with measurements for optimal vision.
• Take precise measurements using optical tools and consult with an Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and maintain professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and staff.
• Keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
