Responsibilities

• Greeting and serving customers

• Problem-solve for any customer issues and loop in management for assistance
• Manage complex customer service situations by applying a high touch level of assistance to VIP clientele on a regular basis
• Remain up-to-date and educated on current product assortment to serve as an informed ambassador of the brand
