Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a Sales Associate in Snellville, GA to deliver the best eye-care and eyewear experience. You will guide customers, use prescriptions to suggest lenses, and help select frames with precise measurements.

You will uphold a welcoming store atmosphere, meet sales goals, and collaborate with staff and opticians to ensure accurate fitting and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems, computers & calculators with basic phone and math skills.
• Embrace new technology with high accuracy.
• Ability to meet sales goals.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Self-motivator with ability to multi-task in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Participate in a positive store environment and foster relationships with peers, management, doctors and support staff.
• Maintain attractive, organized displays and inventory.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
