Job summary

LensCrafters in Denver, CO is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a premium eyewear experience. You will help customers select frames, recommend lenses and coatings, and ensure accurate measurements with optical tools.

You will build relationships to meet sales goals, maintain a neat store, and collaborate with the team including opticians. Prior retail or customer service experience and strong communication are required; familiarity with POS systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math.
• Strong communication and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals by cultivating customer relationships.
• Recommend lenses and coatings using prescriptions.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinate with measurements.
• Take measurements with optical tools and consult with Optician.
• Maintain store appearance and inventory, and foster inclusive culture.
