Bermel Vision and Aesthetics in Northern Virginia is seeking an Eyewear Consultant / Optician (Licensed or Experienced Non-Licensed) to merge fashion with function on a full-time basis. You will ask lifestyle questions, translate prescriptions into frame picks, and ensure an elevated patient experience across premium frames.

The role requires 1–3+ years in optical sales or luxury retail; Virginia Optician license is a plus but not required; a natural salesperson with style and self-motivation is

• 1–3+ years optical sales or luxury retail experience.
• Virginia Optician license is a huge plus not required.
• Natural salesperson who is compassionate and confident.
• Fashion-forward with a great eye for what looks good.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growing practice.

Responsibilities

• Ask smart lifestyle questions and turn prescriptions into perfect recommendations
• Style patients in premium and designer frames
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining an Elevated Patient Experience
• Assist with frame adjustments, measurements, and troubleshooting
