Job summary

CHROME HEARTS, a renowned eyewear and lifestyle brand, seeks a 3D Product Developer to shepherd designs from 2D sketches to accurate 3D Rhino models for eyewear. You will prototype with 3D printing or casting, and refine features to meet design intent.

You will be responsible for translating concepts into manufacturable 3D models, producing 2D documentation, and collaborating closely with the eyewear team to maintain Chrome Hearts aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Experience building complex design models in Rhino and understanding eyewear manufacturing concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus for long periods.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in KeyShot 3D rendering and animation; render materials to match colorways.
• Ability to translate 2D concepts into 3D models with manufacturable thicknesses.
• Experience with 3D printing and preparing parts for testing.
• Ability to learn Chrome Hearts eyewear design concepts and aesthetic.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D Rhino models from 2D concepts for eyewear.
• Create 3D printed or metal prototypes for designer approval.
• Revise designs to final approved stage.
• Produce detailed 2D drawings communicating the 3D design.
• Collaborate with head of eyewear department.
