Job summary

CHROME HEARTS® is seeking a 3D Product Development specialist to advance eyewear concepts from sketches to functional Rhino models. You will ensure surface quality, manufacturability, and alignment with the brand aesthetic.

You will prototype with 3D printing or casting, iterate revisions, and produce precise 2D drawings for manufacturing. This full-time role sits in a warehouse/office environment in Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years Rhino experience building complex design models.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus for long periods.
• Proficient with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficient in KeyShot 3D rendering and animation software.
• Competent in taking 2-dimensional design concepts to a complex 3-dimensional model, including radiuses and manufacturable thicknesses.
• Familiar with 3D printing process for prototypes and field tests.
• Ability to translate 3D Rhino models into 2D CAD drawings.
• Willingness to learn Chrome Hearts aesthetic and process for long-term mastery.

Responsibilities

• Take initial design concepts from 2D sketches to a working 3D Rhino model.
• Develop a complete Rhino file with all surfaces and manufacturing feasibility.
• Create 3D printed or metal prototypes for designer approval.
• Revise designs to final approved stage.
• Produce detailed 2D drawings communicating the 3D design.
