Rosin Eyecare in Chicago seeks an energetic eyewear sales associate to greet patients, determine needs, and guide selections with expert product knowledge. You will handle transactions, ensure timely pick-up, and maintain displays with pride in a fast-paced optical environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Effective selling skills.
• Familiarity with technology, such as point-of-sale, patient record systems, or other software applications.
• Embraces new technology and change.
• Strong communicator and listener.

Responsibilities

• Greets all patients with a warm welcome and provides urgent service.
• Explores patient needs and links to practice offerings, including eye exams.
• Asks clarifying questions and consults with the Optician as needed.
• Demonstrates product knowledge and describes features and benefits of products.
• Manages time with competing priorities and multi-tasks effectively.
• Custom fits glasses and places prescriptions in lenses.
• Operates the point-of-sale system and handles sales transactions per procedures.
• Maintains displays, inventory, and secures company assets.
