Job summary

Rosin Eyecare Long Grove is hiring a Full-Time Associate to support premium patient care and day-to-day optical operations in a busy retail setting.

You will assist in pre-exam activities, guide eyecare advisors, manage patient flow, and promote products while maintaining high service standards. A HS diploma and strong customer service background in retail or optical are preferred; ABO certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and retail experience; preferably in optical and patient experience.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise or ability to master quickly.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Familiarity with technology such as POS and patient record systems.

Responsibilities

• Supports all primary care functions within the practice, including patient and customer flow and selling products.
• Delivers unsurpassed patient care and guides eyecare advisors and sales associates.
• Leads peers through tasks and participates in pre-exam activities.
• Supports management in delivering KPIs and adapting to new technologies and processes.
