Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience, including greeting and serving customers, informing merchandisers on stocking needs, maintaining visual standards, and solving issues with management
• Manage complex customer service situations by providing high-touch assistance to VIP clientele and ensuring retention
• Remain up-to-date on current product assortment to serve as an informed ambassador of the brand
• Occasionally assist with opening and closing duties as needed
• Comply with professional regulations, internal rules and code of conduct
• Attend and participate in occasional work meetings
• Hold yourself accountable for shift punctuality and communicate with management about obstacles
• Serve as an ambassador to the brand by connecting with local and broader communities where the brands’ culture flourishes
