Job summary

LensCrafters in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Part-Time EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience and support patients from greeting through checkout.

You will assist in frame and lens selection, explain tests and services, and coordinate with optometrists to ensure high-quality eye care while maintaining HIPAA practices in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers promptly and manages front-desk interactions.
• Explains all required paperwork, tests, products and services to customers.
• Maintains HIPAA-compliant patient records and supports the Optometrist.
• Operates the POS system and handles payments securely.
• Keeps store displays updated and maintains a safe environment.
• Assists in frame and lens selection based on customer needs.
