• TX RN license required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Assessment: admission and ongoing assessment of patient's condition and needs.
• Planning: design, direct, evaluate and document care plans and discharge needs.
• Implementation: prepare patients for treatments and report significant changes.
• Evaluation: reassess and modify interventions as patient needs change.
• Report Skills: provide comprehensive shift reports for continuity of care.
