Job summary

NVISION Eye Centers in Newport Beach, CA seeks a Practice Manager to oversee center staff, operations and patient experience. You will partner with MD affiliated clinics, manage staffing, budgeting and performance metrics to drive center success and quality care.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of medical/healthcare operations leadership; strong business acumen; a commitment to exceptional patient service; and the ability to work with Support Center, Marketing and Area Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years related experience in medical/health care management.
• Proven track record of leading center operations and teams.
• Strong business acumen to drive center initiatives and profitability.
• Desire to provide an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements annual business plan for the center, including projected surgery volume, revenue and budget.
• Oversees patient chart audits for billing and documentation accuracy.
• Responds to patient inquiries and reviews in a timely, professional manner.
• Tracks performance indicators and reviews monthly/ quarterly profit and loss.
• Manages staff scheduling and patient flow in accordance with policy.
• Oversees hiring, training and coaching of staff.
• Partners with Area Manager and Marketing to expand referrals and opportunities.
• Attends CE events and marketing activities to promote NVISION services.
