Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking energetic Sales Consultants to deliver an easy and memorable customer experience in our fast-paced retail stores. You will guide patients through eyewear selections, meet sales goals, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

The role offers the chance to earn commissions, benefits, and growth within a leading optical retailer. High school diploma or equivalent required, optical experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven track record delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt in a dynamic store setting.
• Strong communication skills with diverse customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify eyewear needs to offer an easy, memorable experience.
• Assist patients in choosing eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and resolve customer concerns.
• Achieve sales goals while following company policies and procedures.
• Maintain brand standards and basic housekeeping in-store and lab areas.
• Perform simple repairs and help edge and deliver glasses on time.
