LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a Casual Part-Time Sales Associate to provide exceptional eye-care and eyewear experiences in-store. You’ll help customers select frames and lenses, use POS systems, and contribute to a welcoming store environment.

The role emphasizes sales targets, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail setting at the LensCrafters location within Macy’s in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math.
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilizes product knowledge to recommend frames, lenses and coatings.
• Assists customers in selecting frames and coordinates with measurements to ensure the right vision solution.
• Conducts measurements using appropriate optical tools and consults with Optician as needed.
• Maintains store appearance and inventory, keeping displays organized and attractive.
• Promotes inclusive culture and respectful interactions with customers and colleagues.
