Job summary

Stanton Optical in Greensboro, NC seeks a Clinical Services Manager to supervise the store team and support clinical goals under the Clinical Operations Department. You will often act as Manager on Duty to help meet store objectives, align patient care with brand standards and drive exceptional service.

The role emphasizes coaching Doctor Technicians, maintaining patient records, and ensuring training and certification requirements are met while supporting revenue and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management or clinical leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Mentoring and training others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and other basic office tools.
• Optical or clinical experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience while informing them about products and services.
• Drive sales to meet store revenue goals while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Resolve customer issues and train staff on troubleshooting techniques.
• Supervise Doctor Technicians on diagnostic pre-testing, local mode and digital refraction.
• Ensure training guidelines and clinical standards are followed per Physicians Eyecare Group.
• Maintain accurate patient records in HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Maintain store brand standards and housekeeping.
• Coach Doctor Technicians and cross-trained staff on contact lens procedures.
• Oversee contact lens orders and diagnostic lens inventory weekly.
