Job summary

Stanton Optical, part of Now Optics, seeks a Clinical Services Manager to supervise store teams and meet clinical goals under the Clinical Operations Department. You may serve as Manager on Duty to help achieve store objectives, support operational and sales targets, and ensure HIPAA-compliant patient records are maintained.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more in retail management or clinical leadership roles.
• Associate degree or higher or currently enrolled in related program.
• Strong communication and ability to work in fast-paced team.
• Willingness to mentor/train others and adapt to schedule.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and other basic office tools.
• Optical or clinical experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and identify needs to ensure a smooth, informed experience.
• Drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Resolve customer issues and train staff on troubleshooting techniques.
• Supervise Doctor Technicians on diagnostic/pre-testing procedures and clinical standards.
• Ensure training guidelines and HIPAA-compliant patient records are maintained.
• Oversee contact lens orders, trials, inventory, and protocol compliance.
