Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year experience in direct patient care or as a medical scribe preferred.
• Strong communication and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Document patient exam in EHR/EMR and ensure complete billing documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical staff for efficient patient flow and care.
• Provide patient counseling and education as needed.
• Prepare and dispense glasses or contact lens prescriptions as directed.
• Maintain exam rooms and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Schedule follow-ups and recalls as ordered.
