Job summary

Premier Eye Associates is seeking a friendly, compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our growing private practice in Prattville, AL. You’ll learn multiple areas of eye care with on-the-job training and provide exceptional patient experiences at the front desk, in-clinic, and optical roles.

No previous eye care experience is required; we train you to support check-ins, appointments, and patient education while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be dependable, punctual and organized.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients, assist with check-in/check-out, answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Support front-office operations and guide patients through visits.
• Assist with health histories, pre-testing and basic testing.
• Help with frame selection and eyewear services as needed.
• Verify benefits and assist with paperwork.
