Job summary

Luxottica is seeking an Optical Account Representative in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is essential in driving sales growth within assigned territories, engaging with Eye Care Professionals, and executing strategic plans to support the brand.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years in direct sales, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to travel extensively. Compensation includes a competitive salary and bonus potential, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales experience with proven success.
• Ability to carry sample bags (25+ lbs).
• Demonstrated ability to grow revenue and relationships.
• Experience in training and merchandising.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools required.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve sales goals in assigned territory.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Eye Care Professionals (ECPs).
• Develop and execute effective call plans for customer visits.
• Ensure product distribution aligns with brand standards.
• Participate in required training and regional events.
