Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Professional Education and Development expert to own the educational strategy for Eye Care Professionals in our global market. You will build trusted relationships, deliver science-based content, and lead education initiatives for product launches and ongoing professional development.

You will develop and execute education programs across face-to-face, virtual, and digital channels, aligning with commercial priorities while maintaining regulatory compliance and scientific

Qualifications

• Education in Optometry required.
• Minimum 5 years clinical/optical practice or industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality presentations.
• People and internal stakeholder management skills preferred.
• Results oriented team player with strong collaboration and project management capabilities.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with Eye Care Professionals, HCP influencers, and Key Accounts to promote engagement with the brands and provide clinical and technical information.
• Provide education and technical support for Key Accounts as part of account support.
• Adopt and execute International Professional Education and Development strategy aligned to local priorities.
• Execute education strategy and deliver content for New Product Launches and key brands across delivery channels.
• Deliver and implement pre-launch education and communication strategy for market readiness.
• Plan and support Congresses and trade conferences, including sponsorships, booths, and messaging.
• Provide clinical/technical support to marketing, sales, training, regulatory, and communications teams.
