Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years clinical/optical practice or industry experience.
• Strong technical understanding and exposure to contact lens fitting and dry eye management.
• Excellent presentations and public speaking skills.
• People and internal stakeholder management skills.
• Results oriented team player with collaboration and project management capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with Eye Care Professionals and Key Accounts to promote engagement with Alcon brands.
• Provide education and technical support for Key Accounts as part of account teams.
• Execute international Professional Education strategy adapted to local market priorities.
• Deliver content to support New Product Launches and key brands across delivery channels.
• Deliver pre-launch education and communication strategies for market readiness.
• Support congresses and conferences with sponsorship, messaging, and planning.
