The candidate will support clinical events, maintain SOP compliance, and assist with certifications and cross-training, traveling up to 80% as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years relevant clinical or technical experience.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-person and virtual product training for physicians, nurses, and surgical staff.
• Facilitate installation and adoption of equipment/software upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for installation, troubleshooting, and customer support.
• Provide documentation and feedback on product performance.
• Support clinical events and congresses.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and ethics.
• Support product certifications and cross-training.
