EY Parthenon in Chicago is seeking a Manager in Deals - Transaction Analytics to drive data analytics‑driven solutions for buy‑side and sell‑side due diligence. You will query data repositories, generate periodic reports, and identify patterns to support client decisions in fast‑moving markets.
You will lead diverse teams, maintain long‑term client relationships, and contribute to business development while delivering high‑quality services in a full‑time hybrid role.
Provide data analytics‑driven solutions that enhance client decision‑making for buy‑side and sell‑side financial due diligence. Produce financial and/or market intelligence by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports. Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources. Analyze large and complex datasets and build sophisticated transaction‑driven analysis to address client challenges in fast‑changing markets. Present findings to clients and leadership in a way that is easily understood by transaction professionals at all levels. Use data to solve complex challenges and research industry trends and technologies, including seasonality and cyclicality on cash flow requirements to provide knowledge and insight to clients.
Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in‑depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long‑term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
Full‑time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
The base salary for this position is $142,860 per year. The Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Work in a hybrid model with a flexible vacation policy, and numerous paid holidays and leaves of absence.
