Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment using product specifications to manufacture product.
• Change screen packs in extruders as needed.
• Monitor temperatures and adjust as necessary.
• Observe and maintain equipment conditions and issue work orders when necessary.
• Ensure proper materials and additives meet product specifications.
• Verify safety guards are in place and functioning.
• Troubleshoot production problems and take corrective action.
• Clean and maintain equipment; perform minor repairs.
• Provide guidance to machine operators as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
