Job summary

Greenbridge is seeking an Extrusion Winder Operator to support multiple production lines under supervision. You will set up equipment, monitor temperatures, and ensure material specifications are met while assisting machine operators.

The role includes minor maintenance, safety compliance, and guiding operators to maintain output quality. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and a meticulous attention to detail with prior manufacturing exposure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Read, write and possess basic math skills.
• Good mechanical aptitude and manufacturing experience preferred.
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment using product specifications to manufacture product.
• Change screen packs in extruders as needed.
• Monitor temperatures in extruders and ovens and adjust as necessary.
• Observe and maintain equipment conditions, report problems, and write work orders.
• Ensure proper raw materials and additives per product specifications.
• Maintain safety guards and perform minor maintenance as assigned.
• Troubleshoot production problems and take corrective action.
• Perform basic cleaning and maintenance on equipment.
• Provide guidance to machine operators as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
