ProAmpac in Wisconsin is seeking an Extrusion Assistant in the Extrusion Department. You will prepare and handle raw materials and resins, load/unload rolls, change rubber/chill rolls, and keep areas stocked while following safety practices.

The role also involves waste management, transporting materials with forklift/clamp trucks, and lifting up to 50 pounds. This is a hands-on position in a climate-controlled environment with a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to safely handle materials and operate basic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and handle raw materials and resins.
• Safely load/unload rolls and change rubber/chill rolls.
• Properly manage waste and scrap materials.
• Keep machine areas stocked with materials.
• Store and dispose of waste materials properly.
• Uses forklift/clamp trucks to transport product.
