ProAmpac is seeking an Extrusion Assistant in the Extrusion Department. This role supports the production line by preparing materials, loading rolls, and maintaining clean work areas in a climate-controlled facility.

You will work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotation, with full-time benefits and opportunities for career growth. The position emphasizes safety, waste management, and reliable material handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and handle raw materials and resins.
• Safely load/unload rolls and change rubber/chill rolls.
• Properly manage waste and scrap materials.
• Keep machine areas stocked with materials.
• Store and dispose of waste materials properly.
• Uses forklift/clamp trucks to transport product.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
