ProAmpac, a global leader in flexible packaging, seeks an Extrusion Assistant in the Extrusion Department for our De Pere, Wisconsin facility. You will prepare and handle raw materials and resins, load/unload rolls, and maintain proper waste management while keeping work areas stocked.

The role operates on a 2-2-3, 12-hour shift rotation, with safety as a priority. The position offers a path to growth within a growing company and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and handle raw materials and resins.
• Safely load/unload rolls and change rubber/chill rolls.
• Properly manage waste and scrap materials.
• Keep machine areas stocked with materials.
• Store and dispose of waste materials properly.
• Uses forklift/clamp trucks to transport product.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
